- How can I book a room?
Just check the availability using the online reservation system, select the type of room required and fill out the booking form. You will receive by return a confirmation of your booking by e-mail.
- What time is check in and check out?
The room will be available at 14h00 and you will have to leave it at 12h00.
- Can I leave the room late?
You will be able to leave the room later according to availability and on request at the reception.
- Can I choose the type of bed in my room? (Large bed – two beds)
During the reservation process you can precise what type of bed you wish for your stay.
- Do the rooms have a balcony or terrace? Can I reserve one?
Unfortunately, there is no balcony.
- Are there non-smoking rooms?
For your comfort, the hotel is entirely non-smoking.
- How many storeys does the building have? Is there a lift?
There are 6 floors with an elevator.
- Is there air conditioning in the rooms? Does it work all year long?
All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning which works alternately with heating.
- Is your hotel adapted for the handicapped?
The hotel is not adapted for the handicapped.
- Can you keep my luggage when I leave the room?
If you want to enjoy your day, don’t hesitate to leave us your luggage until your departure.
- Is there a safe place to park my car? How much does it cost?
Near the hotel you will find a public watched parking.
- Does the hotel have an Internet or e-mail terminal for guests?
In our rest area, you will be able to keep in touch with your family and relatives using our Internet terminal.
- Do you have high-speed internet in the room for my portable computer? Is it wireless?
In the lobby as in your room, you have access to our Wifi connexion (free).
- Do you have a quiet, romantic room? How can I reserve it?
All our rooms are quiet and well-equipped, for a more romantic atmosphere don’t hesitate to inform you at the reception.
- What languages are spoken in Reception?
The reception will welcome you in English, Spanish, Arabic and French.
- Where may I rent a car?
You can rent a car in all agencies near to the hotel or in rail stations.
- We are coming with 1 (or more) child; can we add an extra-bed in a double room? What are the other options?
During your family trip, for more comfort, benefit from our communicating rooms.
- How far away is the Eiffel Tower?
The hotel is 7 km from the Eiffel Tower, it is easy to reach thanks to metro.
- How far is the Louvre Museum?
The Louvre museum is accessible (3 km) walking in the district.
- How much does a taxi from the airport cost? How long is it?
It costs around 40€ but it depends on the hour. It lasts around 35 minutes according to the traffic.
- How is the district where the hotel is?
The Marais district is an historic district of Paris, it illustrates the typical Parisian life.
- I am traveling to assist at an exhibition in Porte de Versailles Exhibition center: Is it easy to go from the hotel?
It is easy to go to the exhibition by taking the line 8 until “Madeleine” station, then you change to take the line 12 until “Porte de Versailles”.
- How can I cancel my reservation?
You will receive a confirmation of your booking through e-mail. On this confirmation, you will find your confirmation code and a cancellation code. Keep these codes carefully as you will need them if you want to cancel. To cancel the booking, just log on our website, then in « Rates and Bookings », click on « Track/Cancel Reservation », then just follow the procedure. You can use this system only if you have respected the cancellation policy on your confirmation.
